Autonomous Vehicles

  • King's College London (map)

Uber? ViaVan? Gett? These are some of the apps we use to get around on a daily basis. What if, one day, this complex network operated without human intervention? What problems will arise? How are we dealing with them now? The age of self-driving cars is in the near future, and that future begins here.

For this event, KIIPS will explore the issues surrounding the implementation of Autonomous Vehicles in our society, from legal, political, and philosophical perspectives. We are proud to host Charlotte Walker-Osborn (Partner, Eversheds Sutherland) and Declan Mcdowell-Naylor (PhD Student, Royal Holloway), for this exciting interactive panel event that's not to be missed!
