Lee Bacon is a Partner at Clyde & Co and co-founder of Clyde Code, their smart contracts consultancy.

Lee has been involved in considering the impact of smart contracts, blockchain, and related technologies since 2015. He has written a series of papers which cover the extensive possibilities of these technologies within the existing legal and regulatory framework. He is now recognised as a leader in this area and is regularly invited to speak at insurance and other industry conferences.

Lee is currently instructed by clients to utilize these emerging technologies on a number of projects to include payment-rail systems, parametric insurance, and digital marketing initiatives.
